Build it from the ground up.

From Downward Dog to handstand, your foundation can either set you up for success, or build towards collapse. Take the time, practice the pose. Starting with what you see, what does it look like is happening? As you practice, visualize what you are trying to accomplish. See it. You will start to feel it. Eventually your body will follow your mind. Be patient. The pose is not the goal, the process is the goal, the continued understanding of ourselves within our bodies.
